In Moscow, or maybe in Russia, the snow not only falls on winter time, but also on summer time. The snow, also known as 'cotton', flies almost in every part in Moscow. This cotton is coming from the plant.
According to the local newspaper, which I read this morning, this summer snow (that's how they called it) is falling on summer time. It bothers a little bit, especially when it is too much on the air. Surprisingly, it has become my first experience in seeing this. The summer snow only appears when the sun is shinning. My friend, Alex Konstantin, told me that two weeks ago the summer snows were falling down like rain. Many people have to sneeze or cleaned up their face or nose because it came inside their nose. It is the unique thing that you can find in Moscow. The weather today is gloomy with a little bit rain in the morning. Unfortunately, I can only show you pictures of summer snow which I got from pekour.blogspot.com. So, don't be surprised if the snow is falling on summer.
